Been trying to get an appointment for a month. My primary sent a referral 3 weeks ago.. someone called my for my med info and said they would get back to me in 2 days. Called after waiting 2 weeks and no one knew my name,where my referral was or had any record of having spoken to me. So far unimpressed. Was told the " office manager " would get back to me..still waiting.
I arrived at the Pain Management Center at the Beth Israel Lahey Health Patient Care Center Danvers, Ma feeling very nervous knowing I was having a procedure done to help ease the awful pain I’ve had for years. I injured my shoulder and for several years received cortizone shots and PT. Because of the severe damage, surgeons could not operate to repair the damage. My Md.PCP recommended Dr. Branton. After one treatment, in a few days, I was able to move my arm with little pain. The second treatment gave me back all my arm motion with little or no pain. Thank you Dr.Brandon for giving me back my health.
TERRIFIC doctor!! Dr. Branton is precise, cautious, caring, and believes in his surgical gifts for his patients. He has a likeable manner, welcomes questions, and offers understandable explanations. The staff is also wonderful!
