It took 6 months before they sceduled an appointment. I took it then cancelled today after much thought. Pain clinics are a scam. I gave one a chance 12 years ago before and they were the worst. They force people to only have in their system their meds and if they didnt have their meds or had anything else authorities got involved. The med they gave me was taken off the market for being innefective after I quit going because it wasn't helping at all and I was hurting worse without my other meds. These people called me a week before what would have been my scheduled appointment, and I was confused because I thought Meredith talked to my doctor and they agreed that my Dr would take over so I called and the receptionist confirmed the appointment, the day before! Then the day of, she calls and has the the nerve to snap at me like I did something wrong. I'm so thankful that I record my phone calls. This time the blame falls on them. Terrible communication, very rude receptionist. Gonna find a different location.
Meredith and all of her staff at the Clinic are amazing! They care about what is going on with you and listen to you. The clinic offers chiropractic services and anesthetic services in different clinics right there under one roof. Very nice and clean facility. They don't just rush you in and out. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new clinic to get your pain management under control.
