STAY AWAY. Not a doctor. A Physicians Assistant is NOT a doctor. By law a PA can NOT treat pain the way an MD can. Never experienced anything as bad as this.
The office is terrible. Not able to requisition your records from other facilities, even though on the screening call I was told they could. Do not return phone calls, I called the surgeons assistant 3 times over 3 days but never got a call back. An uncaring atmosphere. When I cancelled, tried to cancel, the desk girl who picked up said i would need to be called back to confirm the cancellation. I think i dodged a bullet as there is nothing worse than being in pain, after a procedure, and getting this type of office.
Very bad. He is NOT a doctor. Valley Hospital Pain Management in Paramus.
