Intake process is too slow and the office staff just stonewalls you with wait times and platitudes. For a severe degenerative rheumatoid patient with zero pain management and they won't get in faster than 6 weeks even with doctors referrals from Brigham and Women's in Boston. Save yourself a lot of stress and time and pain by finding a clinic with better care. If I could give negative stars, I would.
Highly Recommend. I have been seeing Dr Khan for years due to chronic back and sciatic nerve pain. I also see PA-C Chris Duncan here as needed. The care they provide is invaluable. The staff here are consistently friendly, empathetic, accommodating, and make you feel so welcome. Great folks! I have multiple medical issues and find them knowledgeable and caring in the way they approach my care. I have a better understanding of my spine issues, and know how to help manage my pain at home better due to their guidance.
I've had Dr Khan for many years now through pain in my neck my back down my legs many fusions and he's helped me with the pain and he's very knowledgeable and upbeat person I would recommend to him to anybody
