UPDATE (now 4/22/25). I read a lot of people saying that she's awesome and will go when needed. I HIGHLY suggest that you go many times and use Kim's fantastic skills as preventative. I'm 53 and am a competitive swimmer that likes to bike, kayak, play pickleball, and do P90X Stretch Exercise. IF you tell me you CAN'T do something, you are TOO YOUNG! I was referred to Kimberly by a friend, and was very pleased with the experience and her ability to relieve a lot of pain in lower back which includes sciatica. I do feel less pain and will go back for a follow up treatment.
I went to Kim with Pain in the Past over the weekend and she was amazing. My session was on Saturday and I still feel fantastic on Monday. I would highly recommend going to see Kim if you have any pain or discomfort.
