Anu and the staff at Pain Free Posture Therapy are wonderful! They take the time to explain what is happening to your body's alignment . You will be amazed by your before and after photos. Without some conscious preventative effort, our bodies start to cave under the unrelenting demands of daily life and we don't even recognize it's happening until something hurts. Give it a try - you'll be shocked at how a little time and effort can be life changing.
I have benefited from exercises from Anu Lawrence for over 10-15 years. I'm 73 years old now and am pain free! Once I went to Anu with back pain troubling me. The "Active Cobra" cured me of that pain in 2 or 3 days and the pain has never has returned. Years earlier, I told Anu about pain in my right hip pushing me out of my bed in the morning. Posture therapy is one of the most impactful things you can do for your body that you never knew you needed! With consistency, the changes possible are incredible and Anu is an amazingly knowledgeable practitioner. He's helped so much with my posture, pain, function, and mobility. Highly recommend!
