PFPT is supreme and run by an even more supreme owner-Anu Lawrence! Posture therapy is one of the most impactful things you can do for your body that you never knew you needed! With consistency, the changes possible are incredible and Anu is an amazingly knowledgeable practitioner. He's helped so much with my posture, pain, function, and mobility. Highly recommend!

I've been working with Anu (and Kayla) for over a year, and the improvements in my back pain and overall mobility have been tremendous. My upper back pain is gone, something that I was unable to "cure" with weekly massages. I've developed a sense of body awareness that I never had and have gained so much in terms of flexibility and balance. I just got back from a week in Utah and had no pain or difficulties with all the hiking, rapelling, and rock scrambling. I'm hooked!

Working with Anu is a life changing experience. After being plagued with post-surgery back pain for 44 years, not only were my pain issues eventually resolved, I now have a more comprehensive understanding of how my body was working and how it should work. Wish I could have done this 40 years ago.
