Life changing!!! Cheryl has been given a Gods gift. I suffered from chronic pain on my chest, back, right side, for almost 2 years. I went to GPs and tried different medications, from over the counter pain killers to gout medications because GP just wanted to try it, and nothing worked. Wow - the difference after just one session!!! My range of movement increased significantly and my pain level went down considerably. Cheryl is amazing - explaining the process and setting realistic expectations. I felt completely at ease throughout and, even when the treatment was a little uncomfortable, Cheryl maintained the calm atmosphere which made it easy to choose to carry on. I will be booking my next session and highly recommend Pain Free Nottingham.

I found Cheryl through Google and took my Dad to her and just after two sessions he felt much better. I decided to go to her myself for my knee pain and i feel much better after just one session. She is professional and friendly and an amazing person.

After suffering with Fibro for 23 years and having tried many different treatments and drugs with little to no effect , I came across an American podcast which spoke of Fascia massage which is widely available over there but i'd never heard of it. I went into painfree Nottingham with awful mid back pain, over the counter medication was not shifting it, I came across Cheryl's therapy through a friend and had 1 session, when I say this lady has heeling hands I mean it. Instant relief and I was god smacked! Cheryl is extremely professional and very knowledgeable with her profession. Explaining what she is doing and why she's doing it.
