Very very poor experience, very strange woman. It has actually been a while since we went there but after having an amazing experience with other dentists I feel compelled to protect people from going here. I am a support worker and I had a client go there, she explained at the start of the appointment that she couldn’t afford excessive fees but Lisa said she could help with her TMJ no problem. If money is no object then I'm convinced that dr Chong will do a fantastic job at helping you with your aliments. However, like most of us we want to know the objective truth about the condition of our teeth and the most effective (time and money) method of treating it. Dr Chong will only give you the nuclear option, she is an excellent salesman who will attempt to upsell you on treatments you do not need. This in my mind isn't just "good business" but immortal profiting off of the anxiety that she creates in her clients.
I have been receiving dental care from Dr Lisa for over 10 years. Dr Lisa came highly recommended. She catered for my sensitivities and provided great care, compassion and kindness. Dr Lisa was so thorough, have never had an experience where my dentist really takes such an in depth analysis of your whole body to identify the root cause of my jaw pains. Then provided so many different way to be able to firstly help my pain then also treatment plan for long term corrections for my jaw and bite. Would recommend for others with jaw pain!
