Dr Juarez and her assistants were very compassionate and knowledgeable. She explained more than enough and I've not felt this heard, HEARD(!!) and listened to in my life. She educated me on back and knee pain, we talked about injections, Botox for migraines, it was incredible. From the time I walked in I felt I was taken very well care of by the front desk. Above and beyond 5stars got entire staff and clinic, thank you.. I will add/post my photos tomorrow.
The Dr seems nice but her staff Cassie and Noel should think about where they work and how they treat people. Cassie didnt even look at me in my last appointment she had to ask me what my weight was and my heart rate and o2. What am I paying for? Shouldn't be her.. and when I call to ask for billing, Noel scoffs at me and laughed they also whispered and laughed when her and Cassie were discussing my bill before calling me back. I owe under the cost of an appointment and lost my insurance.. I make a payment EVERY TIME I COME ... read more
Friendly staff, nice facility
I've been dealing with progressive degenerative disk and joint disease since 2015. Been seeing Jenny Rosics since late 2015. She is utterly fantastic!!! Knowledgeable, caring, and open to any idea from focused meditation to homeopathy to regular medical treatment Jenny and Brenda (the medication management Dr that sees me) are the best pain management team that I've seen in my long journey!!!!! You couldn't be in better hands than this!!
Pain Care Centers of Casper is an excellent place for pain management. My doctor Jenny is compassionate, caring, efficient, and always up to date on the latest pain management techniques and rules. She is able to try different modalities to help my pain which is really nice. Her nurse Cassie is fantastic! They both always listen to me and I feel heard.
