I was seen at the Little Rock location and it was ok they did a trigger point location shot and it helped for a few days then the pain came back much worse. I made an appointment at the Conway office because I was in extreme pain. The girl at the front desk was extremely rude. The doctor did not want to hear anything I said. I forgot to get my note for work so I called to get it faxed and the lady that answered the phone treated me so rudely I called and self discharged the same day.
