My initial visit with Dr. Lai was very encouraging. I look forward to the procedures that are prescribed.
I have some serious lower lumbar issues and SI joint issues, and Dr. Lai has been nothing less than amazing! I found him when my neurosurgeon said that i definitely needed a fusion but could look into other options first, one being the Intracept procedure. I googled docs who do this procedure and being a veteran myself, I chose Dr. Lai to fix me. Reading about his military service was all I needed to go forth with making him my pain doctor. Dr. Lai is very kind and capassionate. All of the staff are great. Chrissa takes the time to listen and find the cause of my pain and to prescribe the proper treatment. Lela is very kind and personable.
Everyone is very professional and positive. You can tell they enjoy their work and it shows the way they treat their patients.They have made my life lot more bearable and reduced my pain significantly .Would recommend for anyone who suffers from unrelenting pain.
