I really appreciate the care that I have received from Dr Lo and his team. They are all extremely knowledgable and they really care about their patients. They have a lot of resources that were not being offered to me AT ALL by other worker's comp providers, including at renowned hospitals. Pathetic. Called and waited for someone for 15 minutes. Then they hung up on me. My pain was cured
It is absolutely impossible to reach the office by phone. I've pressed 0 for operator and even tried reaching my party with a 3 digit extension. Currently on hold 7 minutes
Bad customer service, don’t care for patients only the money. And never answer the phone calls. Worse place
I was referred to this facility by my Ortho-surgeon. I had high hopes given the variety of modalities offered under one roof. However, the majority of the times I was not treated with dignity and respect. There is no follow thru on things they said they would do. If you follow-up when something wasn't completed, you are told to make another appointment to address it.
