I received professional, awesome customer service, and the staff was genuinely concerned about my health. Especially Ezequiel, he always asks me how I'm feeling and is it anything he can do for me. Very frustrating system thay have. Thay won't return calls. And if you try to call them back thay will put you on hold just to hang up on you VERY RUDE ANSWERING SERVICE
Dr Timothy Lo is a fair caring professional QME. Dr Lo really cares about his patients. He is honest and fair and is not intimidated by the insurance companies. I highly recommend him as a professional QME Dr.
