Incredible food and jajiang noodles! Have eaten many times

Lately I’ve been watching culinary wars, and I wanted to try this place out because of the show. We got a P.1 and a p.7 The black bean noodles were really good for both of the dishes. The noodle was chewy and soft and the perfect texture. The meat was tender and the soup was delicious. The spice level and the soup was perfect. It wasn’t overwhelming and it had the right balance where it was enjoyable and kept me warm.
