As a NZ visitor in need of medical advice and a referral to a specialist, I have found Paihia Medical to be a great service. After describing my issues, the nurse practitioner got on the phone to a specialist in Whangarei and secured an appt for me in just several days. No paper referral needed this way. Sandy the NP even called the following day to see if I had everything sorted for the appt. This was my 2nd visit to this office and I was equally impressed and well-treated the 1st time as well. My wife and I received an excellent service, our doctor was extremely professional had a great manner when dealing with us. We were fitted in at short notice. We could not of hoped for better
They open at 8 am in the morning And i ring them up at 8 am on the dot to make an appointment and nobody pick up the phone call Useless.
