Working for these guys is a joke!... they eat thier own people, use people and mess with people's lives like it's nothing ... the BIG Boss Teresa is ruthless and thinks she's it! She has ruined more lives taking care of her own family than any person I've ever seen ... I've seen more qualified people let go to make room for less qualified family... they have some drunken formen (shawn) who thinks he can get in everyone's face... Very disappointed in the fact that it took months to fix, and was told after each visit that I was "good to go". After a thousand dollars, yes a thousand dollars supposedly its fixed. And I won't mention the techs name, but bold faced lied when he said I wouldn't get charged for this vist and all this work was warrantied. Makes me sick.
