There's every kind of machine/activity in this place. If you can't get any muscles/curves you'll definitely see some
Plenty of space and plenty of equipment. Honestly the only time it gets too busy is during chow hours 1100-1300 which is the case for every gym on base. Big fan of all of the facilities for the ones working out and all of the support this place provides for youth sports. One of my favorite gyms in the Marine Corps.
