mike is very rude .
2 months later. Parts are on back order, then it will be done tomorrow still not done. We found this needs to be replaced. Still not done. O cant for get i cant find paperwork will have to call you back.Vary poor customer service skills, vary poor communication skills, vary unorganized, everything sites out side well it is in line to get worked on. But you go pick up a new mower first thing they tell you is. if it's staying outside cover it or put it in a shed. I would give it a 0 if I could.
