This is by far the worst place I've ever gone for mower and snowblower service. First time there, I waited 5 agonizing weeks for simple, push-mower service - oil change, sharpen blade. Second time there... drum roll.. I waited 2 1/2 MONTHS for general snow blower service; oil/plug change, check belts, etc. Finally got it back days before our first measurable snow. Even then, when they finally called to say it was ready, they brought out an old, rusted piece of junk snowblower that wasn't mine and tried to hand me a $215 bill... read more
