I went to Paige with a lot of issue and tension in my neck and shoulders, Paige greeted me and asked questions about what I was hoping to get out of our time. Paige used various modalities to address my issue areas, checked in a long the way, and allowed me to provide feedback throughout. Paige is not only a super skilled practitioner, but also a sweet and kind person. The space is relaxing and easy to access as well. 10/10, will definitely be going back!
