Mike and his team are a rare find. It's easy to find marketing agencies with impressive clients lists and pretty faces on their websites. You don't have to look hard to find someone who will make you a lot of promises. What's really hard to find is someone who takes the time to understand the important challenge of positioning your brand or product - and the psychology of your customer. These guys aren't the biggest or flashiest marketing partner, but they will shoot straight and always under-promise and over-deliver.
