First time visiting, I loved everything about it! The customer service was impeccable! I felt like a little kid going into my old hometown bakery. New Sunday tradition established!
Normally we get our birthday cakes here and that part is normally fine and great. However, when you’re getting baked goods and you were first to ask and get them, they instead gave it to folks behind us in line. Disappointed because the worker was aware of what we asked and even pulled the tray out to do so. Then proceeded to get our next set of bake goods before turning around and losing track of first two bake goods that we asked for.
