I beg you to do your due diligence before dealing with this company. This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with in the financial investment sector. I tried for months to move my money into aggressive portfolio, and no one in the company could help me. If only there was a zero star. Too many unethical practices and unnecesary charges later, chose to abandon PAi for a new provider and requested the new provider do the asset transfer. PAi insisted they have to initiate the transfer and their form used. Never signed any agreement with PAi to that effect nor any US law that mandates transfers be done only by a former provider. They are so bad that they charge $1,500 to leave them. It seems that this is part of the business plan. Bring in clients and do so poorly that you have to pay $1,500 to close out the account which it takes only a few minutes to process.
THIS IS IN NO FORM OF ANY REAL COVERAGE IN NO ASPECT. WHO PAYS A YEAR FOR DENTAL SERVICES YOU CANT USE UNTIL ITS TIME TO RENEW BENEFITS. FIND A REAL PROVIDER OTHERWISE YOURE WASTING YOUR MONEY.... THE MEDICAL IS NO BETTER AND YOU CAN GET CHEAP VISION COVERAGE ANYWHERE.....
Poor Training and Support. When I signed my business up, they spent all but 15 minutes to go over contribution entries. No surprised, I ended up doing them incorrectly all of 2020. I contacted them to help fix the problem and was told it would cost $75/hour. They waived the fee after I complained. In looking at all these complaints, these issues could be avoided with a better onboarding process (training and support) for the employers.
