Never heard of a corporate apparel company that doesn't staff people to answer the phone. For what they charge for a hat, they surely can afford to hire a customer service representative or two.
I’ve purchased a ton of ‘slip on’ Imperial visors over the years from golf pro shops. Lately however, they seem to being made with cheaper plastic, although the price keeps going up. I’ve had a few that have ‘snapped’ within a year….very disappointing. They used to last 5+ years or more….where’s your quality control?
