Well the service reps don’t return calls, my main issue didn’t get resolved. The only thing is took me 10 months to get my back up camera fixed after having to escalate to manager. Derrick is terrible and needs to not mumble when talking or leaving a voicemail. The sound absolutely still happening as they claim it didn’t make any noise. Glad warranty is up so i don’t have to go back there For ANYTHING ANYMORE… Steve was great, but still claimed no sound was made and it is.
I’ve been a customer of PVAP for 5 years, bought three vehicles and I have to say, something has changed there. This service appointment was the best. TJ was very helpful helping me understand exactly what I needed and went over and beyond to help me with needing a new battery. I don’t know what happened in their service dept. but I absolute love the changes. They made me feel important and appreciated my business. PVAP has made a change in both service and commitment and I love it!! Thank you TJ and thank you PVAP
