Digna is super rude and does not want to schedule appointments for veterans. She should not be working in a veterans office for customer service.
Trying to get appointments over the phone is a joke, it's the wrong number.... needs to be fixed. We finally drove to the VA Clinic in Pahrump, and talked to a Very Helpful staff member. ( Lacey ). We got my husband's appointment, and everything straightened out. The staff member actually was typing and talking, and listened to everything we had to say... at the same time!!! most workers can't or wont do that! She fixed all the problems we was having with the VA, in a very short time!! Great Job, Lacey. You need to hire more... read more
