Literally the worst. I’ve been trying to go in as a new patient. For some reason I get told I have to wait six months the first time. I wait, something came up and couldn’t make it the first time. I schedule another. I wait my time. Lo and behold I get a call today saying that my appointment has been cancelled… what for? I’m not sure. That’s ok, things happen. My first visit wasn't so great. Went to another Dr in town which was even worse. Decided to give them another try but with a different provider. I'm so glad I did. New provider was friendly, thorough and actually checked my breathing and listened to my heart. Not done nowadays. I was seen promptly and staff explained what the referral process would be. My prescriptions were submitted the same day.
The medical is always really helpful and Kat is the best. I never feel just brushed off.
I'm writing this review for my dad. He went in to see Amy for his prescription renewal. Amy wrote down the pharmacy and his prescription card was copied twice. He hadn't received his medication so on July 10th we called the office they took the info again and said it was taken care of. Today he had still not received his medication. He went up to the office and they still had the wrong pharmacy he's now without medication! This is three years in a row they've done this! He's done with this clinic! He won't be back!
