I recently purchased a Pahlisch Select Home in Caldera Springs. The house is simply beautiful starting from the exterior appearance and material selection. The interior layout is smart and flows extremely well. Our house had upgraded features which were installed with a high level of quality and exact fit and finish. We had an exceptional experience with Palisch Select building a home in Caldera Springs, Oregon. Our home is gorgeous with every detail carefully curated, but more than that, the building process was very smooth. I should note that we bought the home from another person who had already done all the selections and planning...so it was 3/4 of the way done when we joined the process. Pahlisch has a target of “affordable luxury.” They don’t try to compete with the high-end custom homes. So, within the scope of their commitment, I was more than pleased. The final product exceeded my expectations. Michael was very helpful as the superintendent. And so many others helped, including Chelsea and Kelly, with design planning, color selections, finishes, and so forth, with complete professionalism. This made the build process as pain free as possible. The completed home had instant equity and was well worth it.
