We bought a house that needed a new septic. Our mortgage company sent us the quote the previous owners had gotten from pags. The communication was EXTREMELY poor. They would just show up, not return calls, gave us a 24 hour notice that they were coming to do the work. Ok, fine. After the work was completed, we assumed they would at least remove the dirt, fix our yard, etc. something. WRONG. They drove DIAGONAL across my whole front yard destroying it.
