RecommendedI had been in contact with Tonya at Pagoda that I was looking for a new truck but hadn't filled out an application. After shopping at 5 area dealers, I found the truck I wanted at noon on one day, ran home and filled out the online application (Kathy helped me with the application), and had the check by noon the next day so I could pick up my new truck! Amazing work by the staff at Pagoda and they are the nicest people to deal with on any banking need. I love my new truck...thank you Pagoda!
I never had any issues with PFCU before and really enjoyed the fact that it was a small financial institutions as opposed to a giant bank. But I recently had to call and talk to a rep who literally laughed at me. It was so unseemly and unprofessional. My family trusts this woman with our money and savings and she laughed as I asked her questions. This is not how I expect to be treated.
