Incredible builder, flexible, professional and we hit our budget lines or we found creative solutions to offset unexpected costs. Mike works very hard to get the best product at the best price. I liked Mike's personality immediately. A few of my friends thought Mike's style may not compliment my vision (Tuscan/Traditional) but he nailed it. Mike built us a beautiful modern PNW three level home on a very challenging piece of land. Seven years later and I am still in love with our well constructed custom home.

took the job wasted almost an entire year of our time kept raising the price until it was almost four times what the initial bid started at out at. Mike if you didn't want the job you should have just said so. I would highly recommend going with anyone other than him. his greed is unprecedented.
