I would like to negative stars, but I have to at least check off one!!!! My mother went to this office for symptoms she was having. Only saw the nurse practitioner instead of Dr. Braga. Jeff Dowling the nurse practitioner told me that my mom "has a hold in her colon and it is cancerous" and she needs to have a colonoscopy as soon as possible. Went to this office and was being treated for enlarged prostrate. Saw Dr Kasabeian who said my condition was acceptable. Two days later my bladder was blocked went to see them at 9 AM in the morning in pain I was told that since I didn't have an appointment I should go to the hospital. Dr. hospital was amazing I was sent there with blocked bladder. This office had all the tools to help and front desk receptionist was rude And loud when I ask why I couldn't see the doctor. Easily accessible. ...and Dr. Kimmel is an amazing dr...wouldn't go anywhere else ....needed quick directions ...and I got them
Clean new office. Staff is nice and attentive. I was able to get am appointment quick. I called Thursday and I got in on Monday morning... And that was during a holiday weekend.
