Went to this office and was being treated for enlarged prostrate. Saw Dr Kasabeian who said my condition was acceptable. Two days later my bladder was blocked went to see them at 9 AM in the morning in pain I was told that since I didn't have an appointment I should go to the hospital. Dr.at hospital was amazed I was sent there with blocked bladder. This office had all the tools to help!! and front desk receptionist was rude and loud when I ask why I couldn't see the doctor.
