great place – Like a lot of people I'm sure, I read these old reviews and was nervous about going there, but I took a chance because of its great location. Boy are those reviews outdated. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and the food was terrific. I liked the vibe a lot too, very cozy and casual. I asked about the bad reviews and the server said the place was under new management and had been completely overhauled, so that explains a lot. They also told me that in the summertime they have a rooftop bar with music an... read more

Unless you want a miserable experience, avoid this place – We made reservations for 6pm on the nite of a concert. We were aware of the shorter menu, which I find disappointing, but tried anyway. We arrrived early and were seated right away. THe "manager" came over told us he would be our server, and that he was short staffed. At the time, there were one or 2 other occupied tables. OUr order was taken about 5;25. We told the waiter that we would understand if things were a little slower, we had time before the 8pm show. We go... read more

We will never go there again! – This is my first time visiting your site - and so my first time reviewing. I feel a responsibility to pass along just how bad our experience was with this restaurant. I guess the owner or manager of this place is relying on the location to keep the business coming in the door. The service was terrible! We had reservations and arrived and ordered before others. . .and they ate long before we did. I guess we should not feel singled out. Some of the other tables seemed to be having the same probl... read more

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! – Wow, what an unbelievable experience dining was here. Party of 9 with 2 1/2 hours to sit, eat and get to a concert across the street and we were almost late due to the lack of speed in service and cooking. We waited 40 minutes from time of appetizer/dinner order before asking waitress as to delay. We were greeted by a nasty comment. We waited 10 more minutes and one member went to the manager who managed to get appetizers out within 10 minutes....even though the waitress forgot(?) one. Dinners started c... read more

Pagliacci Ristorante – What a dissapointment! One star is certainly over-rated! It took almost two hours before we got our food and had to inhale it as we had a concert to go to. The food was of poor quality (the sauce was fresh from the can?), not hot, the waitrss had an attitude (and could only bring out 2 plates at a time?) and blamed the cooks for the severe delay. Menu suggestion: Go somewhere else!!!

Pagliacci Ristorante – The only thing this restaurant has going for it, is it's convenient location to the Pepsi Arena. My party consisted of 8 people. we had made a reservation for 5:30 and had tickets to attend TSO at 8:00. That should have been ample time to have a leisurely dinner before the show. We were promptly seated upon arrival. The waitress came to take our drink orders within 10 minutes. At 6:00 the waitress had taken our appetizer and dinner orders. We were still waiting for the appetizers 40 minutes later. Upon... read more

Avoid – The breads are hot. However, their pasta is plain. The watiress even sneaked in a charge for liquor which we did not order and a small raise in the price for a hambergur on the bill. She denied charging us extra for the liquor, but then she took away the bill/receipt and did not return to us. Not an honest restuarent.
