Poor Delivery Service – I contacted Pagliacci for a delivery. My address is less than 2 miles (1.8 miles-maybe an eight minute drive) from their location. I was told that due to the number of traffic lights (three total), they could not ensure my pizza would be fresh by the time of delivery. I was very dissapointed at this excuse. What is the point of calling yourself a "Delivery Service" if you can't even drive!
Best Pizza on the West Coast – I was in Seattle on business and maxed out my company's food budget for the day, so I decided to research pizza delivery in Seattle. The overwhelming recommendation after Googling was Pagliacci's. Being from NYC originally, I was a bit skeptical.
