Hired Pagal to build me two retaining walls. The walls themselves look very nice. The guys that installed the wall seemed very nice. However, the manufacturer’s guidelines for The blocks for this wall states that at least 1/8 of the wall should be below ground. They did not do that. They set the bottom course directly on top of the ground and a little bit of crushed stone.
