Good work done right, and amazing costumer service. 4 years and never have I had a issue. Fair and honest auto work is priceless.
We were traveling from out of state, staying in a remote cabin, when our nearly new rental car suddenly showed a “service transmission” warning and a "check engine" light. The rental company gave us inconvenient options, either get an oil change, drive 50+ miles for a possible replacement or wait for a tow. Broke a power steering pump pulley, had the pump and serpentine belt replaced here in the fall. That went well, but the root cause was a missing screw in the electric fan that was apparently hitting the pulley, and that either wasn't noticed or was ignored. So I broke another pulley. It's disappointing that a repair that would probably cost less than a dollar and take less than a minute to fix wasn't addressed. Now, that will cost me hundreds of dollars in additional repairs.
I was traveling through Luray when my Low Tire Pressure light came on. I pulled over and saw a huge nail in my tire right at the edge of the sidewall. My car is a hybrid without a spare tire so I needed to get it fixed quickly. I was only a few miles away from Page Tires so I rushed there.
