This is the first time I have ever done business with them. When I say from start to the finish they have definitely been very well on every angle a business should be! This is an amazing , family owned, team for sure! I literally drive over an hour to get to them, and they make it worth every mile of it! Please forgive my long winded review but it's worth the read. I am from the Asheville NC area and we just don't have many engine builders left in the area. So, I had to look outside my range and came across PRE. Brandon and his team was very accommodating from the start and allowed me to view their shop for my comfort level. Very fast turn around, fair prices. Can’t ask for more from a machine shop. High quality work, did an amazing job on my 2JZ block and head.
After leaving a not so desirable review I was contacted by the owner and had a very productive conversation. I appreciate the willingness to hear my side of the story and attempt to make amends. Mistakes are made in this line of work, but what counts is how said mistakes are rectified in the end. Thank you for the engine rebuild, your time, and understanding.
