This is now my primary bank. Customer service oriented from the day I opened my accounts. Quick response to questions and not on hold for ever. I was with a big national bank but they no longer know what customer service is. Joshua Trahan was particularly proactive by calling me when , a error on my part, could have resulted in a embarrassing overdraft. He helped me resolve the issue quickly. Customer Service is in my opinion the name of the game.
