I do the vast majority of my own maintenance and repairs on our vehicles, but when our Odyssey needs dealer level service, we travel the extra 25 miles to bring it here instead of the Honda dealer 5 minutes away. We even paid the extra towing fees once to have it towed there instead of locally. My wife is not a car person, and the service department has always treated her with the utmost respect and taken the extra time to answer any questions or concerns in a way she understands.
