I’ve been going to Page Eye Center since just after they opened back in 2004. That’s why I am very disappointed with how things are run now. Every time you have a scheduled appointment you have to wait 45+ minutes. The ladies at the desk are rude and never answer the phone. The lady that takes you back WILL say your name wrong even though you have corrected her multiple times. You have to do intake every single time you go in for a service. (Probably so they can charge your insurance) The last few times I’ve been here I went... read more
The staff are nice and great, but it takes 3 weeks to get a pair of glasses, and they didn't want me to give content lenses, so after loosing my pair of glassesz I was stuck without anything, so I'm not sure why they can't help with something.
POOR everything. staff was ok nice. waited over 30 minutes after my appointment to be seen. i did not want to wait anymore and got my prescription and left. i don't have all day.
