It's more than enough space to store what I need and more.
Repeated break-ins (17 units this most recent incident) and an apathetic attitude regarding security should make this a somewhat less attractive choice. There is a camera. One. Oh, well, what can you do? Update: More cameras were installed. Also, I slipped and fell due to a solvable issue with how the snowbank freeze/thaw melt runoff creates a swath of ice where you're not expecting it, at night, in a poorly lit area.
