Dr Roundtree was very caring and understanding when my dog passed away. But the lady at the front desk that's a whole different story she was very rude when I asked her a question about my dogs cremation she said I told you how long it would take to get him back she said it in a very rude way. I was not very pleased with the response I got from her. Dr. Roundtree and the staff at the clinic were awesome. They got our dog in, looked at, diagnosed and out within an hour! Very friendly, knowledgeable and practical. Definitely 5 stars for the experience.
Traveling from Florida camping and they worked us in for a problem with our little guy. Doctor and staff were amazing. Highly recommend them. Thank you so much! Freckles thanks you too!
