We hired Lou and her team to cater a graduation party. The food was absolutely delicious! Lou helped me make a menu that was tasty and fit all the family’s dietary needs. She accommodated gluten-free, and vegetarians! The variety was fantastic. We highly recommend Pagano’s Catering!
We recently used Pagano's Catering to cater a family reunion on a mountaintop overlooking a lake. We had several hard to please family members with sophisticated tastes and a couple of foodies in the group who have traveled worldwide and experienced many restaurants around the world. Lou was the caterer for my parents' 55th wedding anniversary party and everything she did was perfect. We had multiple dietary restrictions for various relatives (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc) and she came up with a menu that ensured that everyone (with dietary concerns or not) had multiple delicious things to eat. Being that our business is also in Windber, we decided to hire Pagano's Catering for our company's 40th Anniversary employee luncheon - and we are SO glad we did! We had southwestern grilled chicken skewers, grilled BBQ ribs, creamy coleslaw, rice/quinoa salad and Lou recommended the most delicious dense chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream icing - everyone fought over the last few slices. Lou’s food is absolutely amazing! We use her very regularly to cater lunches at work! Below is a picture of one of our most recent meals. When talking to Lou about what she is going to make, she takes a great detail to planning meals and helping me pick different options. Everything is always so fresh, and delicious! We definitely look forward to using Lou throughout the years!
