About to call and place my second order which reminded me I needed to leave them a raving review! I spoke with Michael on the morning of a dinner party. He graciously listened to my rant about having an unexpected work issue when I had planned to spend the day cooking. He then helped me figure out how many trays of food I would need and had delicious food w easy to follow heating instructions ready for me 5 hours later. OMG! I can’t say enough about all of the wonderful food Pagani’s provided yesterday for our family party.
