2025 UPDATE: had to come in and update my review from 2 years ago, just hired Pagini’s again to cater my son’s grad party and once again they were amazing. All the things I said below. I seriously don’t know how they get so much food for 50 people ready and piping hot all at once and exactly on time (I can’t do that on the holidays for a fraction of the people). About to call and place my second order which reminded me I needed to leave them a raving review! I spoke with Michael on the morning of a dinner party. He graciously listened to my rant about having an unexpected work issue when I had planned to spend the day cooking. He then helped me figure out how many trays of food I would need and had delicious food w easy to follow heating instructions ready for me 5 hours later. OMG! I can’t say enough about all of the wonderful food Pagani’s provided yesterday for our family party. I’ll start with the service: I called with just 3 days notice and talked to Michael , told him what I had in mind and how many people , he made recommendations on the qty and he was spot on (and by spot on I had plenty for my guests and thank goodness I had leftovers I was able to squirrel away and can’t wait to have again today!); sent my hubby to pick it up and the staff was at the ready with piping hot well sealed pan... read more
