Had booked an inspection for a property viewing with Kaye. Ended up waiting for 30mins for her to arrive. Extremely dissatisfied as I had to take extra time off work for this inspection. Also didn’t have keys/access to the amenities facilities either. I guess she could only be bothered to do half of her job, which is not that difficult if you had better time management skills instead of wasting other peoples times.
