Ryan Pagan did an exceptional job selling my investment unit. From the first time I talked to Ryan he was enthusiastic and positive unlike other agents I dealt with. Then what seemed an easy straightforward sale (to the tenant) became drawn out and tricky. Ryan however showed his experience and professionalism, which was a great comfort and reassurance to me, and steadily steered the process to a satisfactory outcome. I will have no hesitation in using Ryan again and recommending him to others.

Alexandra has been an amazing property manager throughout my tenancy. She was always approachable, responsive and genuinely helpful with any enquiries or issues I had. I always felt that my questions were listened to and handled professionally. Unfortunately, due to some unexpected circumstances, I had to move out, otherwise I would have loved to stay at the property. I really appreciate everything Alexandra has done during my tenancy and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great property manager.

Renter Beware: Do not trust Amy Rowley I made the mistake moving into a rental with black mould, and thinking Amy would take an urgent repair as urgent given the new rental laws. It wasn't. Black mould was present throughout the reverse cycle aircon, and the carpet in the study/bedroom. Amy was advised before I moved in that I wanted this to be cleaned urgently.
