I bought a condo from this man and it was a nightmare. They didn't disclose that there was an unfinished and unpermitted bathroom, they took all the light fixtures, as well as all the outlet covers. They also shattered the tile in the foyer and used my movers to get the furniture out. They promised to help pay the movers and nothing. This man is a crook.
Not liking them.. They told my mother info.. And she isn't even on the list..
