Bad Customer Service Pafumi Services in Woodbury, NJ charged us a $95.23 "Trip Charge" when we did not make an appointment with them, not even setting foot in our home. We spoke to an Ethyl or Edith Campbell?(she mumbled her name) and explained to her that there must have been a misunderstanding. Bad news We had a horrible experience with Pafumi. Our sewer pipe wasn't draining so we called Pafumi to come clear our lines. We have to do this every year as the lines are old and can get blocked with tree roots. This time the lead worker told me the sewer line had collapsed and he'd have to replace the entire line and tie into the street main. The kicker was that he couldn't tell me where the sewer break was. My husband was out town, which I think gave him the idea that I was a woman and didn't know any better. After two ... read more

Best I've used I've dealt with John, the owner of Pafumi Services for a number of years, and I've never had an issue with him. I recently bought a house, and the bathroom had to be gutted. I called Pafumi, and they came out and gave me an estimate. They did the work quickly, and was very professional. I would recommend him to anyone, and he is the only one I use for all my plumbing needs.
