Awesome and caring staff. My husband passed unexpectedly last Thursday at the casino in Tunica - we are from Huntsville Alabama. He had a massive heart attack.The Padford response was excellent, they kept me informed and were especially compassionate. Although my husband did not make it I believe this team did all they could do to prevent it. A special thank you to a man named Pat that was a God send on site. Thank you Pafford EMS for all that you do for the community.

My husband was transported from the tunica casino due to a allergic reaction and the driver decides to drive to a emergency clinic, when he arrives the clinic was not equipped to handle that kind of emergency. Another ambulance was called to transport him to new heaven Ms, by the time they arrived he was critical and placed in ICU due to all the delay done from the begining waiting for the ambulance to arrive at the casino and the wrong decision to take him to a emergency clinic versus direct transport to acute care facility... read more

This one ems driver Lady was so rough with me ,she snatch a bandage off pulling my skin off making it bleed than laugh cause u was hurting. Short Caucasian woman she need a lesson on how to treat Sick people or just drive .if you see this take this as a warning. Treat people like you want to be treated. In sure we'll meet again.
