No bedside manners whatsoever very rude unprofessional didn’t even take my vitals when they showed up on an emergency 911 call they were dispatched from your follow all the way to Mccurtain the EMT was so rude asking why did I need an ambulance when I could’ve easily driven myself, didn’t check on me one single time in route to the hospital and try to refuse to take me to the hospital of my choice would not recommend using this ambulance service ever
They were excellent in getting to us when my husband fell. And they kept me informed of what was going on.
Very unprofessional...driver all over road going around curves and took over an hour to get to my grandmas home with stroke symptoms. She was admittes for a very bad infection and they treated her awful on the ride there.
