If I could give them zero stars I would. It took them forever (25 minutes) to arrive and when they did they didn’t even have a blood pressure cuff. They lollygagged in the driveway for 5 minutes before coming in and didn’t have one bit of urgency. Once at the hospital we could see what the issue was. They were way too busy making jokes and distracting nurses to respond to calls in a timely manner. Best Ambulance Service in the state of Mississippi! The owner is an amazing boss and as far as patient service they have the best response times , and are very serious in what they do and do everything professionally as they should unlike other services who drive recklessly or treat their staff unjustly pafford in my opinion is #1 and if you don’t have them in your county you should !! Over all outstanding company

Very unprofessional uses sirens and lights for non emergencies. Show up on the scene with attitude like it's a problem who the patient is and take you to hospitals you said not to take you after they asked. Those EMTs that uses those sirens for non emergencies should have consequences from the city or town the transport patients.

My mother called a 911 because I was having a severe panic and anxiety attack in the middle of the night. BP was 178/115 and I felt like I was dying. After an hour of waiting for the ambulance to get there, the two ladies were so rude to me and my mother. They ignored me trying to tell them I was having a panic attack and insisted nothing was wrong with me because my O2 was 100%.
