They put a new roof on our house 10 years ago. The insurance company had to make them pay another roofer because it still leaked after they fixed it 3 times. We have been trying to contact them for warranty information for the shingles and they refuse to answer us. They don't respond to emails, they don't answer the phone, the voice mail box is full, they don't respond to Facebook messages.
